Welcome to Wallhunt

Wallhunt is a platform for discovering and documenting street art around the world. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Wallhunt

Content you submit

When you upload photos or add street art to Wallhunt:

• You must have the right to share the photo (you took it, or have permission)
• You grant Wallhunt a license to display, distribute, and use the photo on the platform
• You retain ownership of your photos
• You must not submit content that is illegal, harassing, or deliberately misleading
• Location data should be accurate — don't intentionally submit wrong locations

Street art and copyright

Wallhunt documents street art in public spaces. Photos of street art in public are generally permitted under fair use and freedom of panorama principles. However:

• If you are an artist and want your work removed, contact us and we will remove it promptly
• Wallhunt does not claim ownership of any street art depicted on the platform
• Artists can claim their profile page to manage how their work is presented

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Spam, harass, or abuse other users
• Upload content that is pornographic, promotes violence, or contains hate speech
• Scrape or bulk-download content from the platform
• Impersonate other users or artists
• Use the platform for commercial purposes without permission

Moderation

We use AI and human review to moderate content. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms. Flagged content is reviewed by a human — we do not automatically reject submissions.

Trust and roles

New users start with submissions pending review. After 3 approved submissions, you are promoted to Scout status and your future submissions are auto-approved. Scouts who abuse this trust may have their status revoked.

Limitation of liability

Wallhunt is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for user-submitted content, location accuracy, or the condition of any street art. Use location data and directions at your own risk.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
